Customer Reviews - Moderation


After sending a review request, you will receive a notification by email letting you know that a review has been received.

Warning: you have 72 hours to ask moderation. After this time, the testimony will be automatically displayed (providing it meets the editorial guidelines). 3 moderations are included in your subscription. After which there will be a charge. For a batch of 3 moderations the cost is (£35 VAT excluded).

The review list is available from the menu [Marketing / Customers Reviews].

By clicking on the Tab, you can publish the customer review.

SIf the review needs a reply, but can be published, you can reply to the customer review by clicking on the [Publish review] button.

If the review doesn’t comply with the editorial guidelines, you can ask for moderation by clicking on the [Request Moderation] button. Our team will deal with the moderation.

The customer can remove the review from the component: My account > Order tracking. The Tab allows him to view all reviews in relation to the order.

By clicking on the Tab, the customer will be able to delete their review.

 Moderation policy

We will publish all reviews that respect the editorial guidelines(positive or negative). But you can reply to the customer review. These replies will be published as well. Only the 2 last exchanges will display on the site (not the entire exchange).

If the customer review doesn’t respect the editorial guidelines, we will send a message to the customer, asking them to modify their comment if they want the review to be published.

We send a message to the customer asking them to modify his comment to be published. Waiting for the correction, the Tab will display in the review list.

If the customer review still doesn’t match with the editorial guidelines, we will exclude the review and it will not be published.

NB: The seller can reply to the customer review on the site review and not on the item reviews.

 
 Test Process

If you want to make some tests, we recommend to set up a dispatch time of 0. The time between the order validation and the email sending is 7 minutes. In case of order using deferred payment (check or wire transfer), the order must be manually validated to send the email.
