Navigation Behaviours - Hyperlinks

 Preamble

Navigation is what has made Internet use easier by introducing the concept of "Hyperlinks" for websites and navigation purposes.
We have made the assumption that not everyone are web masters or particularly fond of HTML, TAGs, and other URL addresses.

Based on this assumption, we have simplified our system so that it can be understood and used by everyone.

Mais que les experts se rassurent, ils pourront quand mκme entrer des liens URL si le besoin se faisait sentir.

To navigate on the Web you must first click on something, be it an image or text.

All of the components are designed to allow visitors to click on the name or main image of each element to allow for navigation, if a navigation behaviour has been defined.

All that is left for you to do is to decide what will happen when your visitor clicks on an element.

We call this a navigation behaviour.
Let's break down the various navigation possibilities.
If the window is different than the screenshot, we recommend you update your browser.

 Introduction

  • The “Trade” Tab allows you to set up the most used navigation behaviour for e-commerce : links to an item category, to an item, to a brand …

  • The “Customer Relation” Tab creates navigations behaviour to the components which are related to the customer : Registration Component, My account Component, FAQ , Referral Scheme Component ...

  • The “Editorial Content” contains links pointing to several components : Blog, News, Partners ...
