The Support Centre provides answers to many common technical support questions, as well as offering access to the Actinic Knowledge Base and Online Community, and downloads of patch upgrades and product documentation.

Telephone support

All Actinic EPOS systems receive free telephone support during your 30-day software trial period and for 30 days following purchase.

Actinic EPOS Cover provides on-going telephone software support and a next-day hardware replacement service.

Telephone lines are open between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00, Monday to Friday. To speak to a technical support specialist please call 0845 129 4848. You will be asked to quote your EPOS Cover contract number.
