Installation Services

Actinic can provide a complete installation service to get your EPOS system up and running quickly and easily. Installation is carried out on-site by an experienced technician and the fixed fee covers:

  • Off-site pre-installation checks
  • Hardware and software configuration
  • On-site installation of the Actinic EPOS system
  • On-site testing of the Actinic EPOS system
  • Initial training to familiarise staff with the Actinic EPOS software (if time allows)

EPOS Installation Fixed Fee  £549 (ex VAT)

This covers a full day on-site from 9.30 to 17.00. System installation and testing will be undertaken as the first priority with training conducted during the remaining time available.

Installation Checklist

In order to carry out an on-site installation the following requirements must be provided for by the customer:

  • A minimum of two power points (a minimum of 3 power points if you are having a YesPay Chip and pin device installed), both within 2 metres of the till system

  • Suitable access to power points from the till system(s) through the counters or worktops

  • For systems with dial in access a broadband phone socket within 2 metres of the till system (if Chip and PIN is to be installed a further phone socket is needed within 1 metre of the Chip and PIN terminal)
  • No special requirements to gain access to your premises

Please note that the installation service does not cover:

  • Installation of new, or moving existing, power points
  • Installion of new, or moving existing, phone sockets
  • Running network, or any other cabling, under floors, above ceilings or through doors or walls
