Actinic can provide a complete installation service to get your EPOS system up and running quickly and easily. Installation is carried out on-site by an experienced technician and the fixed fee covers:
Initial training to familiarise staff with the Actinic EPOS software (if time allows)
This covers a full day on-site from 9.30 to 17.00. System installation and testing will be undertaken as the first priority with training conducted during the remaining time available.
In order to carry out an on-site installation the following requirements must be provided for by the customer:
A minimum of two power points (a minimum of 3 power points if you are having a YesPay Chip and pin device installed), both within 2 metres of the till system
Suitable access to power points from the till system(s) through the counters or worktops
