The Actinic® Technical Support Centre provides answers to many common technical support questions, as well as offering access to the Actinic Knowledge Base and Online Community, and downloads of patch upgrades and product documentation.

Please note that free email support for Actinic version 7 has now been discontinued. Cover and Developer subscribers will continue to receive telephone support for all versions.

  1. First please check for an answer to your query in our Knowledge Base and FAQ pages.

  2. Telephone support. Free telephone support is available during your 30-day software trial period, and for 30 days after purchase.

    Actinic Cover provides ongoing telephone support, free upgrades and access to our online Resource Centrer. Call 0845 129 4888 for more information.

  3. To suggest a new product feature please use the Wish List entry form

  4. You can register a support query online. You will normally receive a response within one working day, once the ticket has been raised with support.
