Emergency Hosting Provision

Should your existing service provider go out of commission or your site experience poor service levels you will be entitled to 60 days free Actinic hosting. This ensures that your online store remains open whilst you find a new service provider.

Actinic Cover is subject to a loyalty discount for customers who continue to renew their annual subscription over a number of years. The annual price will be discounted on an incremental basis up to a maximum of 30%.

To help spread the cost of Actinic Cover we also offer payment by monthly Direct Debit at no extra cost.

Actinic Premium Cover

Actinic Premium Cover service is a dedicated and personalised support service with a guaranteed response to all incidents reported, and designed for successful online businesses that require a higher level of certainty with support.

To access the service, you are provided with a dedicated Premium Cover telephone number and email address. This will put you directly through to the Premium Cover support team, made up from the most experienced Actinic support personnel. You will receive a guaranteed initial response in 4 hours and reported incidents will also receive priority escalation to the development team should it be required.

Actinic Premium Cover is available to all customers regardless of their current Actinic product. In order to maintain exclusivity, ensure that Premium Cover subscribers receive rapid attention and to make sure that other services are not adversely impacted, we are limiting the number of Premium Cover contracts issued. Accounts will be opened on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum is reached.

If you have an existing Cover policy with more than 3 months to run we will provide you with a quote taking into account the existing time remaining on your current policy.

If purchased with a licence for the corresponding software product, the setup fee will be waived.
