Pew: 38% Adults use Mobile Internet, EC Rising. As cell phones achieve something approaching ubiquity, growing numbers of U.S. adults are using mobile devices to access the Internet, according to the Pew Internet & American Life Project which recently released its "Mobile Access 2010" report based on survey performed in May.
