Enterprise Cover

Actinic Enterprise Cover is a premium level service providing a dedicated and personalised support package with a guaranteed response to all incidents reported.

Actinic Enterprise Cover guarantees access to the most experienced members of the Actinic support team through a dedicated telephone hotline number and provides a rapid response and resolution to all incidents.

The annual Enterprise Cover fee provides:

• Free version upgrades during the period of cover
• Exclusive access to the Enterprise support hotline*
• Guaranteed initial 4 hour response
• Priority escalation to the development team (if required)
• 60-day emergency hosting provision

• Savings on Actinic products and services

Premium Cover

The benefits of the Enterprise Cover package are also available to other Actinic users, regardless of the current Actinic product used, with the Premium Cover package.

Actinic Premium Cover as Actinic Enterprise cover is charged on an annual basis and provides the same rapid response levels and guaranteed access to the most experienced members of the Actinic support team through the dedicated Premium Cover hotline.
