On-site and Upgrade Services

These on-site and upgrade services are provided for on a fixed price or daily rate basis. These services are usually provided, or combined with, the higher-level software products such as Enterprise or Business Plus Multi-User and are prioritised on that basis. However, we can also undertake such services for other products if resource is available and the schedule allows.

On-site Installation

The on-site installation service is provided only for Enterprise and Business Plus Multi-user sites. This service covers:

  • pre-installation checks and configuration of the system
  • on-site installation and testing

The on-site installation usually involves one full day at your premises with further work undertaken off-site prior to the installation.

Upgrade Service

The upgrade service is offered for existing Actinic sites upgrading either within the Actinic product range (e.g. Business to Enterprise) or a version upgrade (e.g. version 7 to Version 9).

The service provides a re-implementation of an existing site design only. If you are looking for a website redesign or a new design we can refer you to an Actinic accredited web designer.

The service is supplied as a ‘packaged’ service and undertaken remotely rather than on-site. We will provide a fixed price quote on receiving and assessing the site snapshot. Once the upgrade work is complete the snapshot will be sent back to you and a follow up call scheduled to import the snapshot and ensure the new site is up and running.

If Actinic Cover is not taken out you will receive 30 days free support following the upgrade.

On-site Training

To complement our standard training courses run at our dedicated training suite in West Byfleet we can also provide on-site training at your premises or to a place of your choice.

We will send one of our trainers to conduct the training. This can either be one of the standard training courses or a bespoke training course tailored it to your specific requirements.

The on-site training service is charged at a fixed price, daily rate.
