We have only been using Feefo for two months and already our conversion rate has increased by 8.8% this is noticeably for products which customers have left feedback.
The main advantage has been the customer insight we have gained, we have found the comments really interesting – both positive and negative. Our customer service level is currently 93%, having this figure provides a great motivator for the team, we are all looking at ways we can further improve the service we offer.
