Mail Order/Telephone Order (MOTO)

moto_formThe Actinic MOTO (mail order and telephone order) screen provides an easy and efficient way to enter and process orders directly into Actinic and is accessed using the New Order tab. The MOTO screen is included as standard in Actinic Business, Actinic Business Plus and Actinic Enterprise. In Actinic Business Plus and Actinic Enterprise, the appearance, layout and functionality of the MOTO form can be customised.

Integration with Actinic Payments

The MOTO form provides a unique, direct integration to Actinic Payments to enable credit and debit card payments to be processed directly from this screen. This further saves time and improves customer service as you no longer need to use a separate virtual terminal. Security is ensured as Actinic Payments is a fully PCI-DSS compliant service with no card details stored on the PC.
